Women United is a dynamic network of women committed to creating lasting change for children and families across Central Georgia. Through leadership, service, and collective philanthropy, members support initiatives that help families; especially ALICE households (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) achieve greater financial stability and opportunity.

Women United members bring powerful initiatives to life in our community. Here’s how your support is making a difference:
Women United has sponsored Read United at Southfield Elementary, providing individualized reading support to struggling K-3 students. This one-on-one tutoring helps build confidence, strengthen literacy skills, and change the trajectory of a child's education and future.
Through the support of Women United, fifty-eight young children are now receiving a free book delivered to their home each month for 5 years. This support helps them develop early literacy skills and discover a passion for reading long before they enter a classroom.
