This program provides a comprehensive leadership development opportunity for an employee or two, without incurring additional training costs. These leaders will also be representing your company throughout Central Georgia. They will return to you with enhanced communication skills, time management proficiencies and greater enlightenment on local community issues. We ask that you maintain their compensation and benefits, as well as reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses, during the 12-week time period they report to United Way on this assignment.

 

 

For College Interns and Early Retirees

  

College Interns can meet their internship requirements while enhancing their skills and acknowledging this experience in future job resumes.

 

Early Retirees find the program beneficial in reconnecting with the workforce for a limited time and using their expertise to assist with this major community endeavor.
