For Agencies

A Partner Agency is an agency that has an ongoing funding relationship with United Way, is certified annually and adheres to United Way stewardship standards. Partner Agencies are eligible to receive Community Impact Funds and donor designations. They undergo an annual review by volunteers, which includes a proposal for program funding, periodic reporting, yearly audit review, and self-assessment results.

United Way of Central Georgia does not have an open Request for Proposals at this time.

When we do have an open RFP one of the resources we use to issue invitations is our 2-1-1 Information and Referral database.  Please make sure your agency and program information is correct in that database.

If your agency and program is not included please go here to start the process.

Other funding resources in Central Georgia include private foundations.   For more information on foundation’s see the Washington Memorial Library Business and Nonprofit Center page.

They offer free access to the Foundation Directory Online along with free classes to learn more about grant research and proposal writing.
